1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "by888," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the by888 platform accessible at by888.one and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the by888 website, mobile web interface, and all gaming, betting, and account services available thereon.
• "You," "Player," "User" refers to any individual who registers an account with by888 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance maintained within a Player's by888 Account, funded by deposits and reduced by bets and withdrawals.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, casino, bingo, sabong, and ancillary services offered on the by888 Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means all relevant laws, regulations, directives, and guidelines of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming, including but not limited to those administered or enforced by PAGCOR.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required by by888 before a Player may make withdrawals.

2. Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of online gaming services is lawful;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of by888 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or service suppliers;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not suffering from any gambling addiction that has been formally diagnosed or self-identified as a problem;
• You have not been self-excluded from any gaming platform, including by888, and you are not subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or other legal instrument that would prohibit your participation in online gaming;
• All information you provide to by888 at registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete.

by888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with Section 12.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the by888 Platform. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances without notice.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. by888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify by888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. If any of your details change after registration — particularly your mobile number or email address — you must update your Account profile promptly. by888 will communicate with you using the contact details on record; by888 is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated information.

3.4 KYC Verification

by888 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS card, or voter's ID) before withdrawal requests will be processed. by888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

by888 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, InstaPay, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change. by888 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the by888 Account, following successful KYC verification. by888 reserves the right to apply standard withdrawal processing times (as published on the Platform) and to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds. Withdrawal requests involving Accounts under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violations may be delayed or denied pending investigation outcome.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all deposit and withdrawal instructions. by888 is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect bank or e-wallet details provided by the Player. If you believe a transaction error has occurred, contact by888 support within 72 hours with transaction reference details.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on by888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or game provider documentation. General rules that apply across the Platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation after confirmation is not permitted except where expressly provided by the rules of the applicable game or event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per session. These are displayed in the game interface and may differ by Player tier.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, by888 will apply the relevant game provider's rules for void or incomplete rounds. by888's decision in such matters is final.
• by888 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or with corrupted game data. Players will be refunded the stake amount in such cases.
• Live sabong bets are subject to the rules of the streaming arena and Philippine sabong regulations. Payouts are calculated based on final result as declared by the arena's official referee.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

by888 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued in Philippine Peso and credited to the Player's Wallet upon satisfaction of any qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit amount, promotional period).
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• by888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already in progress under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, use of coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other manipulation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
• by888 is not obligated to honour bonuses that are claimed as a result of a system error, technical fault, or promotional content published in error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the by888 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any other fraudulent activity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error must be reported to by888 and are subject to forfeiture;
• Using funds that are derived from any criminal activity to fund a by888 Account (money laundering);
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing by888 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the by888 Platform — including but not limited to the by888 name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audiovisual elements — is the property of by888 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the by888 Platform without prior written consent from by888.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, by888 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your own negligence (e.g., sharing login credentials);
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events (including but not limited to typhoons, natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications outages affecting the Philippines);
• The accuracy or reliability of information provided by third-party game providers or sports data feeds.

by888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to by888 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

by888's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the by888 Privacy Policy, available at by888.one/privacy-policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.

11. Responsible Gaming

by888 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: The Platform will notify Players after extended play sessions as configured in Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a period of one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and block all access to the by888 Platform for the nominated period. Permanent self-exclusion may not be reversed.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by by888

by888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time without prior notice in the event of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; or any other conduct that by888 determines in its reasonable discretion to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or third parties.

12.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure by by888 for cause, any Wallet balance attributable to bonus funds, winnings derived from policy violations, or funds under fraud investigation may be forfeited. Funds determined to be legitimately owned by the Player following investigation will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting by888 support. Prior to closure, all active bonuses will be voided. Any remaining Wallet balance that has met applicable wagering requirements will be refunded to the Player's verified payment account within the standard withdrawal processing timeline.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and by888 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting by888 customer support at [email protected]. by888 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint with full supporting documentation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

by888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, by888 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address on their Account.

Your continued use of the by888 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.3.
